   Let's Encrypt now supports wildcard certs (https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/acme-v2-and-wildcard-certificate-support-is-live/55579).  
   
   We should update traffic ops and traffic ops to add optional support for let's encrypt.  This would include the ability to create and update certificates directly from Traffic Ops.
