Problem with custom charts at Superset

Dear team,

First of all, congratulations on your excellent work.
In the company I work for, we want to use the superset.
More specifically, we want to use custom charts.
We are facing a problem of adding custom charts, even by setting up superset from scratch.
I have the details in the attached file.
What could we do to fix the problem?
