Updated the patch with following changes similar to YARN-6027
# Followed same approach for FlowRunKey, ApplicationRowKey and EntityRowKey. 
# Removed fromIdPrefix filter which is no more required since we are providing FROM_ID info in entity response. 
# Updated java doc from fromId in TimelineReaderWebServices.
