Nil Support

Because nil support has been removed, could there please be a flag added to
make backwards-compatibility possible?  This could be as simple as adding
the nil type back in, but don't allow use of it unless the
backward-compatible flag has been set.  Without this ability, I am not
currently be able to upgrade the latest version of Xml-Rpc.
