When upgrading Ambari Server from 1.6.1 to 1.7.0,
the server.jdbc.database property (which currently contains the DB name, e.g., "ambari") needs to be replaced with the database type (e.g., "postgres"), and a new property needs to be created for the database name (will be called server.jdbc.database_name).

During the upgrade, the ambari.properties file will need to be updated.
