re: cant start avalon
When I run the script,
./run.sh , i get the following:
Avalon runner
parser : org.apache.xerces.parsers.SAXParser
configurationPath : ../conf/
logFile : ../logs/avalon.log
libPath : ../lib/
blockPath : ./blocks/
Scanning jars for new Blocks...
Reading configuration
./run.sh: line 26: 1727 Segmentation fault $JAVA_HOME/bin/java -cp
$CLASSPATH:$LOCAL_CLASSPATH org.apache.avalon.loader.Main $*
how do i fix this...

if you are using redhat 7.1 and jdk1.3 you need to upgrade redhat or
downgrade the jdk :-(
there is an "issue" with redhat 7.1 and Java.
