   We are experiencing the same issue at v2.1.4. task is showing `upstream_failed`
   It may be related to resources issue. We have 2 env dev&prod. The Dev has very limited resources which this happened frequently. And Production has much larger CPU/Mem quotas where the issue happened less frequently.
