Currently time zone is being calculated in {{org.apache.wicket.protocol.http.ClientProperties}} using std and dst offset taken from browser
These days TZ can be determined in browser, this will improve accuracy: {{Asia/Novosibisk}} make more sense than {{GMT+7}}
