[I] fix(Schema): UserALE Interval Schema is not supported (flagon-distill)

## Problem
The current implementation of the default `UserAleSchema` assumes logs are `raw` type. There is not explicit support for `interval` logs.
## Solution
Need to make the schema more generic to cover both log types and write tests for both.
