apache.fi mirror io problems

Hello,

I seem to have constant problems with apache.fi mirror. It gives me max 
0.2 k/sek (I am on elisa-net).
At the same time www.eu.apache.org gives me constantly over 700k/sek.

Anyone experiencing the same?
