Hi,
I am getting '#' character in my PDF.
I hope this is because of glyph char is not there or is it a bug?
If it is a bug how can change the '#' symbol to some other character (for user
to lookin)

Dear Arjun,
you will find in the log output that the characters you requested is not
available in the font you requested, and therefore a '#' symbol is used, so
this is not a bug.
There is currently no option to change the '#' character. If you really need
this option, feel free to re-open this bug and rename it to 'wish: set
character for missing glyph'
