STR:
# Go to Assign Masters page (Installer)
# Change host for some components
# *Immediately* click on Next button

Result: Next button active (does not have disabled state), but nothing happens after click 
Expected: 
1) Disabled state 
or 
2) redirecting to the next page after clicking on "Next" button
