For python 2 airflow when DAG description contains UTF-8 character UI produces mushroom cloud with errors that it can't decode the string:

For example if you put 🦅 in the description you get:

UnicodeDecodeError: 'ascii' codec can't decode byte 0xf0 in position 0: ordinal not in range(128)
