Nested Exceptions
As part of the plan to focus on core technology, are such things as the
CasdcadingException classes being deprecated in favor of
org.apache.commons.lang.exception.*? Eventually, we'll all be dropping such
things in favor of JDK 1.4+ exceptions, anyway, but that's not a choice
currently, and we're looking to see which option to pick.

The Framework JAR is by goal dependency free. There are some minor exceptions,
but nonetheless we try to avoid unnecessary dependencies. Now, there is an
ExceptionUtil that can read commons Lang exceptions, Avalon exceptions and
JDK 1.4+ nested exceptions to output to the logs.

the thought is nice, but my guess is that will just be more trouble than
its worth. No need to slap everyone with deprecation warnings every time
they catch an A-F exception. And it's not like this is rocket science of
any kind :D
