The hard failing will help catch the files that are incorrectly marked up.
Having the CommandLineEnvironment test the source and destination files before
generating them will limit the amount of work Cocoon has to do.  This may
not be possible with the current architecture of Cocoon, though.

Ok, I fixed this one. However, it would be great if someone with
namespacing experience took a look at this issue - may be 
this is a trace of another problem that is hiding somewhere else...

Just checked - it does not work as it used to!
Need to look into this issue...
(it has been a while when I last time tried ofline generation...)

Not for aggregated content.  The link traversal doesn't work in that case.
