[Bug 28121] For easily determinining format when inserting between 2 different format

I re-tested this using Open Office 4.0.1 rev 1524958 and Windows 7, and this is
still an issue. 
The original suggestion to use the direction of the cursor when deciding font
still makes sense and would make things easier to use. This suggestion is
compatible with how it works in Microsoft Word 2010.
1: Type HELLOWORLD <Note HELLO IS IN BOLD>
2: Now Insert the Word THE in between Hello and World
2a: If you want the word in BOLD, Place the mouse on the H in the world Hello
then RIGHT arrow over until you get to the place where you want to insert the
new word and Insert the word THE.  The attributes of the word to the left of
the new word are then used.
2b: If you do not want the word not to be BOLD, Place the mouse on the R in the
word WORLD then LEFT arrow over until you get to the place where you want to
insert the new word THE.  The attributes of the word to the right of the new
word are then used.
