SSH login to the puppetmaster server is exceptionally slow.
System load creeps up over time until eventually the server must be rebooted.
Memory usage is pegged at 95%
Swap usage also creeps up over time until eventually the server must be rebooted.
>From top we can see that ruby processes are taking all the resources.
