I have developed a media registry editor that I would like to contribute back to
Jetspeed.  It is based off of the PSML customizer.  I have attached a file
with the necessary patches to integrate the media editor as well as the
new templates and code that provide the functionality.  If you have any 
questions, please feel free to let me know.

Please note:  These patches are dependent on bug 19535.

How to use:

1) Log in as admin
2) Go to the admin tab.
3) Choose media browser

You will notice that you now have the options to add a new media entry, update 
an existing one, or delete an existing media entry.

Adding a media entry
1) Click on "Add Media"
2) Enter a name for you media entry, along with char set, mime type, and title
3) Click on "Add Media".
4) Add capabilities to your media entry
5) Click on "Add Capability"
6) Your changes should now be reflected

Updating a media entry
1) Choose a media entry and click on "Edit"
2) Make modifications
3) Click on "Update Media"
4) The media entry should now reflect your changes

Deleting a media entry
1) Choose a media entry and click on "Delete"
2) Confirm your decision
3) The media entry will not be in the browser
