I have Apache HTTPD setup on my Windows 2000 machine and I notice that
when my time settings are set to Mountain Time (i'm in Denver) and I
have the 'Automatically Adjust Clock for Daylight Savings' option on,
the displayed timestamp in the apache log is one hour off (behind)
from the computer displayed time. If i turn the 'Auto Adjust Daylight
Savings' off and manually adjust the computer clock, it works fine.
Another strange thing is that if I use PST or EST this problem does
not occur (even with Daylight Savings On)..

I am using the latest version of Apache 2.0.52 (for Windows) and I was
wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and if anything
can be done about it... Is this even an Apache problem.
