Description:
The dynamic Java2WSDL ?WSDL function outputs Schema's for global type mappings 
defined in the server configuration file regardless of whether they are 
actually used in the service.  Deploy the attached test case [Attachment #1] to 
Tomcat and do a http://server:port/test/services/StockQuoteService?WSDL and 
you'll see the Test type contained in the WSDL. [Attachment #2]

The dynamic Java2WSDL ?WSDL function should output ONLY types that are actually 
used in the service.

This appears to be a regression from Axis 1.0 so it needs to be fixed.
