[UPDATE] XSLT draft!!!

Good evening, guys (and girls if any...)!

Here goes the first draft of XSLT stylesheets for menu and document page
(not the document itself). The archive also contains document2html.xsl from
Cocoon repository, it's used until new version will be finished.

You'll find also working XML for the viewing document and the result of
transformation (it's best viewed from xml.apache.org directory).

This is the first and hasty draft to satisfy Nicolo's impatience ;), that's
why it's a little messy (XML Spy also took part in "pretty-printing"), so
don't judge it too (forgot the right word ;)).
