Yes, although it is older than would first appear, since it lost it CVS
history during a package shuffle (one of the top reasons for switching to
SVN, IMO).  According to the javadocs, it was deprecated in favor of
http://spice.sourceforge.net/jndikit/.  I don't believe that they would have
an issue about using org.apache.naming as their basis.
