[PR] Remove dubboctl repo command [dubbo-kubernetes]
mfordjody opened a new pull request, #986:

Remove the obsolete `dubboctl repo` command while keeping the repository SDK internals unchanged.
Validation:
- `go test ./dubboctl/...`
- `go test ./...`
- `dubboctl --help` no longer lists `repo`; `create` and `image` remain.
