We do not find the proper src/main/meecrowave files when running meecrowave:bundle on a project which is part of a multi-module reactor build.

Our current code always looks up those files as relative path based from the pwd. 
Which in case of a multi-module build is most probably the wrong one. 
Thus it will in most cases NOT find the correct files to include in the bundle.
