Attachment Base64 in View

Hello all,

Is there a way to return an attachment's base64 string in a view?

 

I need to return the base64 string in the view because I set the VHOSTS
path to a design document in the database so that it would emit
clientaccesspolict.xml every time Silverlight made requests to the
database. Using attachments=true does not work. 

 

I appreciate any and all help.
