Yeah, I just oversaw your original patch as posted to the list. I'd
give it a +1 on code, because it can be a really large "energy saver".
Commit it? It's not really a "feature" or "incompatible", but a bug fix
(albeit for NS's bug) or "bug workaround".

It's a really ugly way to fix it though :( An alternate content-type like
Dirk suggested is a more clean way to do it, but requires users to have
discipline when naming their files.
