[Uriana Framework] Uriana and FLEX SDK 4.10

I have spent a bit of time testing Uriana with the new FLEX release and it
works so fine, no issues found yet, so... Cheers to you all that make FLEX
possible...

Now the time is for me to replace some custom components at Uriana, such as
a Spark based progress bar with the official replacements, I think it will
be an easy job.

As always anyone wanting to help improve the framework is welcommed...
