Unable to connect to SSHD: Bad packet length

Hi, I'm having a problem with SSHD in Gerrit. After every 109th
connection to the server (ssh -p 29418 user@localhost) I start to get:

Bad packet length 1133989372.  Disconnecting: Packet corrupt

And every try after that fails until I restart Gerrit.

I've posted this to Gerrit's ml already, but I'm also posting it here
in case this is a SSHD issue only.

I have found a thread (http://goo.gl/5awoju) similar to this that
points to SSHD-269, but that was fixed in 0.10.0 and Gerrit v2.11 uses
ssh-core:0.14.0 and mina-core:2.0.8.

I'm attaching Gerrit's log with the stack trace.
