Setting classpath for each java-action in workflow

Hi, I have pretty big workflow containing more than 15 steps.
Each step is implemented as java-action. I don't want to put all workflow
dependencies under ${oozie.wf.application.path}/lib folder. Is it possible
to specify ${oozie.wf.application.path}/lib
