Dynamic navigation menu

Hi to all, I have this problem: in my webapp I have to generate a dynamic
navigation menu. I'm trying to use x:panelNavigation and x:commandNavigation
but I don't know how can I populate them at runtime with data read from
database.
Anyone can help me?
