I see a specific need in GelfLayout since a stacktrace can be quite large,
and you might want to avoid large GELF messages since they are sometimes
sent as UDP packages.
PatternLayout and RFC5425Layout already supports this (in a slightly
different way).
CsvLayout and SyslogLayout never include stacktrace (if I understand it
correctly).
So it is about HtmlLayout, JsonLayout, XmlLayout, YamlLayout.
Maybe this should be seen like the locationInfo option shared by several
layouts, and added to HtmlLayout, JsonLayout, XmlLayout and YamlLayout?
(We should probably not care about SerializedLayout.)
(BTW, I think we need to update the documentation about layouts and include
all parameters of all layouts.)
