hello experts,
how can I check the HISTORY of LAST COMMANDS EXECUTED on my IBM AIX
Boxes...? Any hints...?

History is usually a function of the shell. What shell are you using?
Bourne typically doesn't have history, Korn Shell requires that you enable
it, bash has history configured by default.

Under Linux you can use the command history the view past commands.
I know your using AIX, but try the history command anyway.
example: % history
