Extracted logging into a servlet filter

Hi everybody checking out current from CVS and building it yourself:

A couple of days ago, I removed req/resp logging from the WebDAV servlet and
provided instead a servlet filter called
org.apache.slide.webdav.filter.LogFilter.

The filter is configured in the deployment descriptor and its out is
customizable (pls have a look at WEB-INF/web.xml).
