new Nightly build of CVS

Hi,

A new and untested snapshot build of the head of cvs in both source and
binary is now avalable at
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-james/
in the nightly folder.

This is to let people who are keen to keep up with the current state of
developments get their hands on the latest code.
It may not work correctly or, indeed, at all. ~:-/
