[jira] [Updated] (SAMZA-1016) Fix gradle settings for joint compilation in Samza

Jagadish updated SAMZA-1016:
----------------------------
    Description:
The Samza gradle settings are not setup correctly for joint compilation of Java and Scala.

When {code:java}javac{:code} runs before {code:java}scalac{:code} and compiles .java files, those .java files that import a scala class will fail compilation (because scalac has not compiled those scala sources to class files).
