does Tomcat support ?

Hi all,
I have a website with 30,000 sessions and 2,000 simultaneous accesses per
day.
I am planning to use Apache WebServer, but I don´t know about Tomcat´s
capabilities.
Does it support this load ? What do u think ?
Can u suggest any other app server or I can use Tomcat ?
