The maven2 packages for apache axis-jaxrpc version 1.4 are missing the axis-jaxrpc-1.4.pom descriptor file.

This causes build issues with some build tools including Apache Buildr. See https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BUILDR-2 for example.

The POM is missing in both the ibiblio and repo1.maven.org repositories.

The POM file is present for earlier versions (1.3, 1.2 etc). Can you please deploy the POM. Thanks. :)
