Although the vote passed, the following items will be addressed in the next release:

- Get the release signing public key into the "strong set"
- Remove author tags
- Update copyright year in the LICENSE & NOTICES files
- Add missing ASF headers to 4 x source files

We will now publish the archives to:

https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/release/incubator/milagro/

Once the repos have been pushed to http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/milagro/ and the mirrors updated, we will update the project's website (https://milagro.apache.org) to include download links to the mirrors and updated product documentation.  We'll then send out the appropriate announcements.
