Malformed XML or Non-welformed XML

Hi All,

I am trying this since long time.... but unable to get through.

Requirement:
output the ACTION tag(which does not have a closing tag) for an HDML page.

I tried using <xsl:text disable-output-escaping="yes">&lt;ACTION ....
&gt;</xsl:text> to no avail.
I get the &lt; and &gt; as they are in my HDML page and the result is my
display is all gomee gomee.
Or did I miss out something?

Or is there a standard way of outputting non standard text like this!??
