[Issue 125999] New: Infinite loop on demand for new JRE

https://issues.apache.org/ooo/show_bug.cgi?id=125999

          Issue ID: 125999
        Issue Type: DEFECT
Summary: Infinite loop on demand for new JRE
           Product: Writer
           Version: 4.1.1
          Hardware: PC
                OS: Windows 8
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: critical
          Priority: P3
         Component: ui
          Assignee: issues@openoffice.apache.org
          Reporter: Lee@Seki.com

Using 4.1.1 (Build 9775, 13 Aug) on Win 8.1 and JRE 1.7.0_71, when trying to
edit the keyboard layout to attach a macro to a key.
Tools > Customize > Keyboard Tab > OpenOffice Macros
OO opens a dialog box "JRE is Defective" which describes a way to fix the
problem.
Clicking on "OK" OR on the red kill X in the upper right corner does not
allow OO to get back to normal. The dialog box remains and continues to hold
the focus. The only recovery I've found is to use the Task Manager to kill
OpenOffice.
As an aside, I installed a new JRE and the problem came back. The two JRE
versions I have tried are 1.7.0_71 and then 1.7.0. It may be significant that
when I switch the selected JRE version, the list of available macros changes
and usually my own macros (all from key capture) are gone.
