I think you misunderstood what I am saying, I apologize if it wasn't well explained. I didn't delete the VM created with the Autoscale policy, I deleted the VM created on the second network (the one with no AutoScale). I never touched the AutoScale policies nor VMs on that testA network.
Before deleting the testB network, I am 100% sure the servicegroup was present because AutoScaling was working fine. As soon as I deleted the testB Network, the servicegroup vanished, and I began to see new VMs with NONE as the servicegroup name in CloudStack.
