Trouble with recover fetching process

Hi,
In the butch FAQ write: "You'll need to create a file fetcher.done in
the segment directory" it work for nutch 0.7.2 and dont work in nutch 0.8.
How can I recover an aborted fetch process in nutch 0.8?
