Service status messages and progress bar animations are not appropriate in Hive, Pig and Files views.

Here are the recommendations.
- When service checks are in progress - it should show in progress
- When all service checks have completed then only it should say- service checks completed.
- if error occurs it should appropriately show in progress bar.
