[RESULT] [VOTE] Release new bundle components.

The vote to release the axiom and axis2 geronimo bundles has passed with 
4 +1 votes and no 0 or -1 votes.  Voting +1 were

Rex Wang
Kevan Miller

The axiom and axis2 components will be promoted to central today.

The vote to release the JSON bundle received a -1 vote from Kevan 
Miller, so that component was removed from this group vote and a new 
vote was started for a corrected version of that bundle.

The vote to release the scout bundle was canceled because of a request 
from Shawn Jiang.  That component was also removed from the group vote 
and a new vote will be started for the corrected component.
