We did have a similar problem before, but a little different. Previously the plugin installer had this failure when installing a plugin for the wrong container (ie-Installing a jetty configuration plugin in Tomcat and vise versa). Checking to see if any changes have been reverted or canceled out. Do you think it might be more appropriate to just re-open the other JIRA related to the container specifically?

Doesn't appear that the previous changes to fix the similar container issues have been removed. The list of what is being installed is created and upon failure goes through to remove the configuration. Going to dig deeper to find what else has changed.
