[Issue 121682] Problem opening network files

I repeated the test described in my previous comment with the new version
installed: the result was once again confirmation of the report.
The comment by jsc@apache.org prompted me to try something else.
I have not found any extension to apply and then I tried to uninstall open
office, install version 3.4.1 and repeat the test: everything worked properly.
I then installed the version 4.1.0 instead of the 3.4.1 version and I repeated
the test: everything worked properly.
So I can confirm that this is not a problem in Open Office but the reported
problem derives from some alteration in the configuration of the system that
are not due to open office.
Therefore I change the Status to RESOLVED / INVALID
