   We are still working on the release process, and please tell me if you find anything strange about it because that may be something we can improve.
   
   Since the release duration may take quite a long time (currently about a month due to all the test work and Apache procedure, and we are working on making this process shorter), we use release branch to do the test work. If a bug is raised from this release candidate (like #9774), it should be fixed in release branch, and merge back to master branch. Otherwise, it should be fixed in master branch.
   
   I think we probably should merge release into master ASAP, rather than after the whole procedure of release.
