   crazy question: do we really need vectorized prefix sum for the postings list? could we just decode the deltas, and lazily defer computation of accumulated docid sum until its needed, e.g. in the PostingsEnum's `next()` method? 
   
   I guess i'm just unsure why we need to delta-decode the entire `int[]` up-front, when the access is all DAAT. Maybe its a stupid idea, but its something we could try out independently of any vectorization.
