Bugzilla problems

I randomly get this error message:

| Bugzilla is currently broken. Please try again later. If the problem

| you should quote is: Too many connections at globals.pl line 140.

hrm.  my guess is that the sonic.net mysql server that we use is very
busy.  any ideas kelsey?
