[users@httpd] invalid ELF header

Hello All,

I am using linux 7.3 with apache 1.3.27.  I could not start my apache. I get
following error when I do configtest on my server.

Cannot load /usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.module into server:
/usr/local/apache/libexec/libphp4.module: invalid ELF header

What could be the problem?
